Job summary

M3 Manpower Agency Inc. seeks a Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, scheduling, and vehicle utilization, ensuring safety and efficiency in line with company policies.

You will supervise drivers, assign vehicles based on needs, monitor maintenance, and coordinate with repair shops, insurers, and service contractors. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in fleet management are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or similar operations is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance, fleet scheduling, and transportation operations.
  • Familiar with vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with drivers and different departments.
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily drivers and fleet activities.
  • Assign vehicles and drivers based on delivery and operational needs.
  • Monitor vehicle condition, availability, mileage, fuel use, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service.
  • Ensure registrations, insurance, permits, and documents are up to date.
  • Monitor driver attendance, performance, and safety compliance.
  • Investigate and document accidents and fleet incidents.
  • Coordinate with repair shops, insurers, and service contractors.
  • Maintain fleet records, maintenance logs, and fuel reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve utilization and reduce costs.
  • Prepare fleet performance and status reports for management.
  • Perform other fleet and transportation duties as assigned.

The Fleet Supervisor oversees the daily operations, maintenance, scheduling, and proper utilization of company vehicles. The role ensures that drivers, vehicles, and transportation activities are managed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of company drivers and fleet operations.
  • Assign vehicles and drivers based on delivery, field, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor vehicle condition, availability, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other vehicle service requirements.
  • Ensure vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and other documents are updated.
  • Monitor driver attendance, performance, compliance, and adherence to traffic and safety regulations.
  • Investigate and document vehicle accidents, breakdowns, and other fleet-related incidents.
  • Coordinate with repair shops, suppliers, insurance providers, and other service contractors.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, maintenance logs, fuel reports, and operational documents.
  • Identify opportunities to improve vehicle utilization and reduce unnecessary fleet expenses.
  • Prepare regular fleet performance and status reports for management.
  • Perform other fleet and transportation-related duties assigned by management.
