Job summary

Ninja Van in the Philippines seeks a Fleet Acquisition & Readiness Lead to build and maintain a pool of qualified transport partners and truck units. You will own the end-to-end fleet supply pipeline, from sourcing and onboarding through readiness, with strong focus on documentation and compliance.

You will collaborate with Fleet Manager, Booking Team and Operations to anticipate capacity needs and maintain deployable fleet at target levels, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in fleet sourcing, transport operations, or logistics.
• Experience onboarding third-party truckers or fleet partners.
• Knowledge of vehicle/driver documentation and permits.
• Experience maintaining compliance trackers or databases.
• Understanding of fleet capacity and transport requirements in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pool of qualified transport partners and truck units.
• Own end-to-end fleet supply pipeline from sourcing to onboarding and readiness.
• Collaborate with Fleet Manager, Booking Team and Operations for capacity planning.
• Ensure documentation, insurance, licenses, permits are valid and renewed.
• Maintain deployable fleet supply at target 110% of forecast demand.
