Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company delivering for businesses across Southeast Asia. The Fleet Acquisition & Readiness Lead builds and maintains a robust pool of transport partners and truck units to ensure reliable Restock transport capacity.

The role oversees the entire fleet supply pipeline from sourcing, onboarding, accreditation, and readiness to deployment. You will ensure compliance with vehicle and driver documentation and partner records, aligning with forecasted demand.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in fleet sourcing, transport operations, trucking, vendor onboarding, procurement, or logistics operations.
• Experience sourcing and onboarding third-party truckers, fleet vendors, or transport partners is strongly preferred.
• Experience maintaining compliance trackers, document databases, or vendor accreditation records.
• Understanding of truck types, fleet capacity, and transport requirements used in logistics operations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting or tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pool of qualified transport partners and truck units to support Restock transport requirements.
• Own end-to-end fleet supply pipeline from sourcing to onboarding, accreditation, readiness, and endorsement.
• Ensure vehicle, driver/partner documents and permits are complete and up-to-date before expiry.
• Collaborate with Fleet Manager, Booking Team, and Operations to forecast capacity and maintain deployable fleet at or above forecast demand.

About the Unit:

The Fleet Acquisition & Readiness Leadis responsible for building and maintaining a sufficient pool of qualified transport partners and truck units to support Restock transport requirements. The role owns the end-to-end fleet supply pipeline from sourcing and initial engagement through onboarding, accreditation, document validation, readiness confirmation, and endorsement to Fleet Booking or Operations for trip deployment.

The position ensures that vehicle, transport partner, driver/helper, insurance, registration, identification, permits, and other applicable requirements are complete, valid, properly tracked, and renewed before expiry. The role works closely with the Fleet Manager, Booking Team, and Operations to anticipate capacity requirements and maintain deployable fleet supply at a target of at least 110% versus forecast demand.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet sourcing, transport operations, trucking, vendor onboarding, procurement, or logistics operations.
• Experience sourcing and onboarding third-party truckers, fleet vendors, or transport partners is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of vehicle and driver documentation such as OR/CR, insurance, licenses/IDs, permits, and other applicable accreditation requirements.
• Experience maintaining compliance trackers, document databases, or vendor accreditation records.
• Understanding of truck types, fleet capacity, and transport requirements used in logistics operations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting or tracking tools.
