Job summary

Ninja Van in the Philippines is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the entire fleet operations for Restock logistics at assigned locations. You will ensure vehicle availability, operational readiness, compliance, and cost controls while maintaining safe, reliable transport aligned with service level agreements.

This role requires 5–7 years in fleet operations, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in any field as required.
• 5–7 years of experience in fleet operations or logistics management.
• Experience with fleet maintenance, transport operations, or trucking preferred.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and fleet compliance.
• Experience managing transport vendors and outsourced fleet partners.
• Strong dispatch and logistics coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
