Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an Operations Monitoring Specialist to oversee day-to-day waste collection and hauling performance. You will ensure vehicles, drivers, and field teams follow approved routes, schedules, safety procedures, and client requirements, using GPS, CCTV, and mobile apps to track field activity and delays.

You will generate timely reports for management and analyze data to support service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations monitoring, dispatch, logistics, transportation, fleet management, or related industry.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using GPS tracking, fleet monitoring, CCTV, dispatch systems, or monitoring dashboards is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple monitoring activities simultaneously.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, when required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document day-to-day performance of waste collection and hauling operations
• Ensure assigned vehicles, drivers, helpers, and field teams operate according to approved routes, schedules, and client requirements
• Track compliance with safety procedures and company policies
• Use GPS tracking systems, CCTV, mobile applications, radio communication, and telephone to track field activities
• Identify delays, missed services, unauthorized route deviations, and vehicle downtime
• Prepare operational reports and provide accurate, timely information to management
• Analyze operational data for decision-making and service improvement
