Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a dispatch coordinator to oversee daily deployment of waste collection and hauling vehicles, drivers, helpers, and field crews. You will ensure routes meet client requirements and that communications are clear across teams.

You will maintain dispatch records, monitor vehicle movements, track service completion, and provide timely updates to management. Relevant experience in logistics and familiarity with GPS tracking are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years dispatch/logistics experience.
• Experience in dispatching, waste management, or fleet operations advantageous.
• Familiarity with GPS/fleet tracking systems.
• Knowledge of Philippine transportation and waste management requirements.
• Experience coordinating with drivers, clients and disposal facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily deployment of waste collection and hauling vehicles, drivers, helpers, and field crews.
• Ensure scheduled routes and client requirements are communicated and executed.
• Deploy vehicles efficiently and communicate operational issues to appropriate personnel.
• Serve as central communication point between Operations Team, Hauling Supervisors, Drivers, Helpers, Clients, Maintenance/Fleet Team, and Waste Disposal or Receiving Facilities.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records.
• Monitor vehicle movements and track service completion.
• Provide timely operational updates to management.
