The role involves supervising drivers, coordinating dispatch, monitoring fleet utilization, and producing performance reports. Strong leadership, logistics knowledge, and MS Office proficiency are essential; extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in trucking, logistics, fleet management or transportation operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of trucking operations, route planning and fleet management in the Philippines.
• Familiarity with LTFRB, LTO, DOTr and other regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with GPS tracking systems and fleet management software is a plus.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily trucking and delivery operations.
• Schedule and assign drivers, trucks and routes efficiently.
• Ensure on-time delivery and pickup of cargo.
• Coordinate with clients, dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and management.
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Investigate and resolve delivery delays, accidents, and operational issues.
• Monitor fuel consumption and operating expenses.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Evaluate driver performance and recommend disciplinary or corrective actions.
• Ensure complete and accurate delivery documents and trip reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet productivity and service quality.
