• Minimum 3–5 years in fleet, motorpool, logistics, or transport management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet operations, and safety compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics/fleet systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily motorpool, fleet, and transportation operations.
• Supervise drivers and monitor attendance, performance, and compliance.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, and repairs.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and operating expenses.
• Coordinate vehicle dispatching, deliveries, pick-ups, and logistics requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, traffic regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare regular operational reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, repair shops, and other service providers.
