Job summary

Big Trucks Corporation / HINO Cagayan de Oro is seeking a proactive business development professional to drive pipeline generation across logistics, construction, agriculture, and government sectors in Northern Mindanao. The role demands hands-on prospecting, CRM-driven tracking, and field outreach to build a robust client base.

You will qualify leads, hand them over to the Sales Team, gather market intelligence, represent the brand at events, and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in the trucking, automotive, heavy equipment, or fleet industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino/Bisaya.
• Willingness to travel for field and on-the-road work.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Prospecting across target industries; build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM, calls, referrals, events, and field visits.
• Lead Qualification & Handover: understand prospect needs, qualify leads, and prepare briefs for seamless sales handover.
• Market Intelligence & Brand Presence: monitor competitors, represent the brand at events, gather customer insights for product positioning.
• Reporting & Collaboration: submit weekly pipeline reports, coordinate with Marketing, and ensure smooth lead transitions.
