You will develop and implement sales strategies to hit monthly and annual targets, build strong client relationships, analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, and report to upper management.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing training and support.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for trucks and buses.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management, including forecasts and performance metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the after-sales team to align promotional activities and campaigns with sales initiatives.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Inventory Management: Monitor vehicle inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate supply.
