Big Trucks Corporation / HINO Cagayan de Oro is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the sale of commercial trucks and buses to corporate clients, fleet operators, and individual buyers. You will build enduring client relationships, deliver persuasive product presentations, and coordinate financing and post-sale support.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience in automotive or B2B settings, a valid driver's license, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, commercial vehicles, or B2B sales.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive manual transmission trucks and buses preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with ability to influence decision-makers.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales of commercial trucks and buses to corporate clients, fleet operators, and individual buyers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, providing consultative sales approach and understanding customer needs for appropriate vehicle solutions.
• Product Expertise & Demonstrations: Conduct professional product presentations and test drives, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of truck and bus specifications, features, and financing options.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and report market insights to management.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales proposals, process purchase orders, coordinate with finance and service departments, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
