Job summary

TECHPOWER ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Fleet Executive (Onsite Operations) to manage daily fleet activities for prime movers, trailers and trucks at our facilities in the Philippines. The role requires coordinating with workshops, vendors, and drivers to ensure timely maintenance and on-site problem resolution.

You will inspect vehicles, oversee repairs, and support deployment, replacement and collection with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, Logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in fleet management or vehicle operations.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence (or equivalent) required.
• Experience handling prime movers and trailers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations for prime movers, trailers and trucks.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, Logistics or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years' experience in fleet management, vehicle operations, transport or the automotive industry.
• Experience handling prime movers and trailers is an advantage.
• Able to attend onsite vehicle breakdowns and inspections when required. Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence (or equivalent) is required for driving the company vehicle.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments, drivers, vendors, workshops and other stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and follow up on pending matters effectively.
