Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage day-to-day vehicle coordination and administration across offices, sites, and projects. You will support dispatch, driver assignments, and documentation to ensure safe, efficient fleet operations.

The role requires monitoring maintenance, fuel usage, and fleet expenses, with reporting and collaboration across HR, Finance, Procurement, HSE, and project teams. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fleet management systems or vehicle tracking systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle dispatch and driver assignments.
• Monitor driver schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, availability, and documentation.
• Track fuel, toll, mileage, and fleet expenses.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare fleet reports and maintain accurate records.
• Handle vehicle incidents, violations, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company fleet policies and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, HSE, and project teams for fleet requirements.
