Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an RC Transport Coordinator to optimize transport operations across designated hubs. You will coordinate inbound parcels, arrange linehaul schedules with 3PL vendors, and ensure timely delivery of shipments to Hub Operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in logistics, and proficiency with Google Suite. Leadership experience in warehouse environments is a plus, with shift work as needed and readiness to work across the designated cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience in transportation logistics; linehaul focus is a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environments preferred.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work as schedules require.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to handle administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule truck arrivals and departures to reduce idle time.
• Develop optimal truck routing to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with 3PL vendors for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure consistent truck availability for hub transports.
• Schedule daily truck call times considering throughput and dock availability.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform other tasks to support RC operations.
