Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines is seeking a Vehicle Registration & Compliance Administrator to manage vehicle registrations, permits, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in general/asset/fleet/vehicle administration.
• Experience handling vehicle registration, insurance coverage, emission testing, and renewal monitoring.
• Experience processing vehicle insurance claims and coordinating with insurers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of vehicle registrations, monitoring lists, emissions, LTO submissions, and renewals.
• Prepare payments and ensure proper liquidation/documentation of expenses.
• Maintain and distribute updated vehicle registration documents to personnel.
• Monitor registration deadlines and ensure timely compliance.
• Oversee registration-related deeds of sale and ownership transfers.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, notarization, and release of ownership-transfer documents.
• Coordinate with LTO, insurers, emission agencies, and Finance/Legal/Treasury/Accounting.
