Responsibilities

• Create stickers for delivery vehicles and replace damaged plate stickers.
• Update truck delivery dates in real-time.
• Manage monthly toll fees and print toll fee invoices.
• Oversee insurance expense amortization in real-time.
• Process PA&PCP applications upon plate numbers.
• Monitor insurance claims with designated personnel.
• Oversee GPS service monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and safety inspections.
• Maintain records of vehicle usage, servicing, and repairs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors including service providers, insurers, and leasing agencies.
• Provide reports and recommendations on fleet performance and cost-saving strategies.
