Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Card Technical Support Assistant to be the frontline resource for our network of retail stations.

You will ensure Fleet Systems, POS/BOS platforms, and network infrastructure run efficiently, handle technical concerns, and support Fleet Card operations. The role involves Level 1 support, on-site setup, on-site escalation, and ongoing maintenance for fleet systems, while collaborating with the Sales and Operations teams and coaching station

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or territory management; fuel/petroleum industry experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to network configuration, remote access tools, or fleet management systems is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR procedures, and regulatory issuances.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or other accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support to retail stations for POS/BOS issues via phone, remote access, or on-site assistance.
• Handle inquiries related to Fleet Card operations, POS/BOS systems, and network connectivity.
• Conduct on-site network setup and basic configurations.
• Provide initial on-site escalation support and escalate unresolved issues through proper channels.
• Deliver maintenance support for fleet customers and systems on an ongoing basis.
• Provide technical support across all Unioil retail stations for Fleet Systems and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Assist Sales and Operations Team in supporting Fleet Card transactions and daily needs.
• Provide technical assistance to the Sales team during installation of Fleet Card equipment and systems at sites.
• Coach station staff on proper POS/BOS operation and Fleet Card tools.
