Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Service Bay Business Specialist to drive growth and commercial performance across the service bay network.

You will support station operators in delivering high‑quality automotive care and build lasting business relationships. The role involves developing proposals for fleet accounts and corporate partners, visiting outlets in Metro Manila to monitor service quality, and coordinating with marketing, supply, and technical teams to promote promotions

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in automotive/service operations is a strong advantage.
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow service bay revenue from new and existing accounts.
• Develop and present proposals to clients, fleet accounts, and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for service bays.
• Visit outlets to monitor service quality and compliance with standards.
