Job summary

Ecoverde Homes is seeking a diligent Asset and Fleet Coordinator to monitor records of company assets, tools, and vehicles across multiple sites. You will coordinate maintenance, track usage, and ensure asset accountability and compliance with policies.

Role involves maintaining inventory, preparing fleet reports, and collaborating with mechanics and suppliers to keep equipment in optimal condition for project site operations in Lipa and San Pascual.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in asset management, fleet management, logistics, or administrative operations is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance scheduling and inventory monitoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and record-keeping systems.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to be assigned in Lipa and San Pascual site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain records of company assets, tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, registration, and insurance of company vehicles.
• Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure proper issuance, turnover, and accountability of company assets and fleet units.
• Maintain updated inventory and asset tagging systems.
• Prepare reports related to fleet operations, asset movement, and equipment status.
• Coordinate with suppliers, mechanics, and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations regarding asset and vehicle usage.
• Assist in procurement and disposal of company assets when necessary.
• Support project site operations by ensuring availability and proper condition of vehicles and equipment.
