Job summary

San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Coordination Specialist to maintain fleet data accuracy across the Fleet Masterlist, SAP Fleet Maintenance System, and related databases through regular audits and updates.

You will cascade critical updates to Segment Heads and Operations, analyze fleet performance data from SAP and logs, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve registration issues and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation operations, or data coordination
• Basic knowledge of vehicle registration documentation
• Proficient in MS Office and hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP software

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Fleet Masterlist, SAP Fleet Maintenance System, and related databases through audits and updates
• Cascade critical fleet updates to Segment Heads, Operations teams, and Coordinators in a timely manner
• Gather, analyze, and monitor fleet performance data and operational logs to support strategic planning and vendor KPI control
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve vehicle registration issues and ensure compliance with OR-CR requirements
• Utilize data-driven insights from SAP and logs to optimize fleet utilization and efficiency
• Monitor service provider performance and draft memos or communications addressing discrepancies with vendors

• Gather, analyze, and monitor fleet performance data and operational logs to support strategic operational planning, contracting needs, and vendor KPI compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve vehicle registration issues and ensure full compliance with OR-CR requirements.
• Utilize data-driven insights extracted from SAP and operational logs to optimize overall fleet utilization and efficiency.
• Monitor service provider performance and draft formal memos, communications, or resolutions to address registration and operational discrepancies with external vendors.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• With at least 2 years of relevant experience in a logistics, fleet management, transportation operations, or supply chain data coordination
• With basic knowledge of vehicle registration documentation
• Proficient in MS Office applications and has hands-on experience utilizing SAP or equivalent ERP software
