KMC Solutions is hiring a Legal Contract Specialist in the Philippines to provide temporary support to the Contracts Management team. You will oversee the contract lifecycle from intake to execution, using approved templates and playbooks, and ensure compliance with legal and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least three years of experience supporting commercial contracts in a corporate legal department, law firm, procurement organization, or contracts management function.
• Amenable to work on a fixed-term contract until July 2027.
• Working knowledge of contract provisions including confidentiality, indemnification, liability limits, warranties, data protection, IP, termination, governing law.
• Experience using CLM and electronic signature platforms.
• Able to manage a high-volume workload with independence.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts throughout the lifecycle—from intake to execution and repository storage, including Master Subscription Agreements, Partner Agreements, and NDAs.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Privacy, Security, Sales, and other stakeholders to obtain information and approvals.
• Communicate with internal and external counterparties to resolve contract questions and move agreements toward completion.
• Maintain accurate contract records, status updates, key dates, and obligations in the CLM system.
• Monitor contract requests, prioritize tasks, and meet service-level expectations.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, terminations, and post-execution activities.
• Assist with reporting, data validation, backlog management, and special projects.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve contracting efficiency.
