Job summary

Pinetree Securities Pte Ltd, a CMS-licensed financial services group, is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel in the Philippines. You will own the day-to-day contract management, rapidly review and draft NDAs, MOUs, and key clauses to support fast-moving front-office teams.

Reporting to Head of Compliance & Legal, you'll assist with regulatory research, policy updates, and corporate secretarial matters, while safeguarding regulatory boundaries in a high-velocity market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent law degree from a recognized university.
• Proven ability to drive long‑term business initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize NDAs, MOUs, and standard commercial agreements.
• Execute precise clause-level reviews of paragraphs, provisions, and terms.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies.
• Manage contract lifecycle with high accuracy and speed.
