Job summary

BHP Group in Manila is seeking a Contract Specialist (Specialist Contract | Secondment/Fixed-Term) to manage the full scope of Commercial Contracting activities, including drafting, adjustments and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with governance, trade terms and KPIs.

You will work with Sales, Marketing and Maritime contracts, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements within SAP, iCertis/CLM, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or commodity trading preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and governance controls.
• Ability to understand international trade terms and incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of contracting activities in SAP and iCertis/CLM.
• Draft, reconcile and adjust contracts to meet governance requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and maritime teams to execute contracts.
• Provide guidance on commercial terms and strategic delivery of contracts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in contracting.
