Asurion is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to advise call center employees at all levels on staffing, performance management, compensation, employee relations, organizational design, development and training, client relationships, and project management.

The HRBP will guide HR programs to support business objectives and contribute to strategic direction in a matrix environment. The role reports to the Sr. HRBP and is based in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa Laguna on a fixed-term basis.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Capital/Human Resources.
• Experience in employee relations and performance measures; change management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Staffing & Talent Management: understand talent gaps and partner with senior leaders on staffing needs.
• Performance Management: support annual process, calibration, and action plans.
• Compensation & Incentives: work with leaders to deploy rewards processes and enhancements.
• Employee Relations: address complex issues, support terminations, and coordinate reductions-in-force.
• Organizational Design, Development & Change Management: partner on development needs and change management.
• Client Relationship Management: act as go-to resource for clients with influence and expertise.
• Project Management & Leadership: represent HR COE in initiatives and manage multi-function projects.
