Asurion is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR consultation for call center employees across staffing, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development. This fixed-term role reports to the Sr. HRBP and supports business objectives in a matrix environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Capital/Human Resources.
• Experience in employee relations and change management preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with HRIS, especially Workday, plus MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Staffing & Talent Management: assess talent capabilities and gaps; partner with senior leaders on staffing needs.
• Performance Management: support annual processes, goal setting, calibration, and action plans.
• Compensation & Incentives: assist with rewards programs and deployment of merit/bonus processes.
• Employee Relations: handle complex issues, exit interviews, and terminations as needed.
• Organizational Design, Development & Change Management: develop development roadmaps and drive change in a complex environment.
• Client Relationship Management & Project Leadership: act as HR partner to clients and manage HR initiatives.
