Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent degree required.
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Capital/Human Resources required.
• Demonstrated employee relations experience and understanding of performance measures; experience in change management preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, including proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be results-driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make decisions in difficult situations.
• Proficiency in working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, as well as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• PHR, SPHR, GPHR a plus

Responsibilities

• Staffing & Talent Management in a matrix environment.
• Consult with senior leaders to clarify staffing needs and support talent acquisition.
• Support the deployment of performance management processes and calibration.
• Coordinate rewards processes and updates to recognition programs.
• Address employee relations issues and advise on corrective actions.
• Partner with Talent & Organizational Effectiveness to meet development needs.
• Lead or participate in HR initiatives and projects across functions.
• Develop retention and engagement strategies for client populations.
