Job summary

Worldwide Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Management Officer to oversee recording, monitoring, safeguarding, and disposal of fixed assets. You will ensure accurate asset records, conduct regular inventory and audits, and maintain compliance with company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in asset management, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems. Travel to branches may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in the qualifications.
• At least 1 year of experience in fixed asset management or inventory control.
• Knowledge of asset management principles and inventory procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP or asset management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to company branches for asset verification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and updated Fixed Asset Register.
• Monitor acquisition, transfer, disposal, and retirement of assets.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and reconciliation of fixed assets.
• Tag and track assets across branches, warehouses, and offices.
• Prepare reports on asset movement, depreciation, and inventory status.
• Coordinate with departments regarding asset issuance, transfer, and accountability.
• Investigate and report discrepancies, damaged, missing, or obsolete assets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls on asset management.
• Recommend improvements to asset monitoring and control processes.
