Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the company's fixed asset register.

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and asset verification.
• Reconcile fixed asset balances with the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly depreciation schedules and related journal entries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Generate fixed asset reports for management, audit, and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with departments regarding asset purchases, transfers, and disposals.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
