About the role

Great Image Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fixed Asset Manager. This is a full-time position based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Fixed Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing, tracking, and maintaining the company's fixed asset portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate asset records, managing asset lifecycles, and supporting compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring efficient asset utilization across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or training in Fixed Asset Management, Accounting, Inventory Management, or Internal Audit are an advantage.
• Experience managing physical assets across multiple branches, stores, or locations is highly preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, service, or other multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Proven experience in asset acquisition, tagging, transfer, reconciliation, physical inventory, disposal, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with Accounting, Operations, Procurement, and Branch Teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation.
