Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air in Pasay City, Metro Manila, is seeking an Accounts Specialist to support monthly close, fixed asset accounting, and fuel expense controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience with fixed assets or inventory.
• Experience in airline industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of month-end closing, accruals, and fixed asset accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities related to fuel expenses and other major OPEX accounts.
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation entries.
• Record asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and capitalization.
• Support annual fixed asset and fuel inventory counts and resolve variances.
• Coordinate with operations and procurement to clear outstanding balances.
• Assist process improvement and ad hoc finance projects.
