Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a careful Fixed Asset and Inventory Specialist in Cebu City to record and review fixed asset and inventory accounts, and to monitor compliance with asset policies, ERC, and BIR regulations. You will oversee monthly reconciliations, coordinate physical counts, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate asset reporting and timely postings in the ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Handle recording and review of additions, movements and retirements to fixed asset and inventory accounts.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of subsidiary and general ledgers ensuring timely postings.
• Monitor compliance to fixed asset policy and guidelines, ERC, BIR regulations.
• Oversee physical inventory count of fixed assets, supplies and materials.
