Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Fixed Assets Accountant in Pasay City for an onsite night shift role. You will maintain the fixed asset ledger, calculate depreciation, and ensure proper capitalization across multiple global entities.

Key duties include asset retirements, audits support, and timely month-end closures using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics. A multi-currency, SSC-like environment is common for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience including fixed assets.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP for fixed assets.
• Experience with ERP systems SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• Ability to manage month-end close schedules and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the fixed asset ledger across entities.
• Calculate depreciation, manage amortization, and reconcile ledgers.
• Review CIP, capitalization, and asset-related expenses.
• Process retirements, transfers, and asset impairments.
• Support audits, month-end/year-end closes, and reporting.
