Job summary

AboitizPower Corporation is seeking a diligent Fixed Asset and Inventory Specialist in Cebu, Philippines. You will record and review additions, movements and retirements of fixed assets and inventories, and monitor adherence to asset policies and regulatory requirements.

You will perform monthly reconciliations, oversee physical counts of assets and supplies, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate ledgers and compliance with ERC and BIR regulations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Recording and reviewing additions, movements, and retirements to fixed asset and inventory accounts.
• Monthly reconciliation of subsidiary and general ledgers ensuring timely posting of adjustments.
• Monitors compliance to fixed asset policy and guidelines, ERC, BIR regulations.
• Oversees physical inventory count of fixed assets, supplies and materials.

Education
