Job summary

Rylem Staffing is seeking a Fixed Asset & Construction Accounting Specialist to manage fixed assets and CIP across multiple restaurant operating companies in the Philippines. You will track capital projects, review expenditures, oversee asset capitalization, manage depreciation and ensure accurate fixed asset reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, with advanced Excel and ERP systems proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in fixed assets, project accounting, or construction accounting.
• Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting and depreciation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Experience in multi-location, restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred.
