Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a careful Fixed Asset and Inventory Specialist in Cebu City to record and review fixed asset and inventory accounts, and to monitor compliance with asset policies, ERC, and BIR regulations. You will oversee monthly reconciliations, coordinate physical counts, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate asset reporting and timely postings in the ledgers.

As Fixed Asset and Inventory Specialist , you will responsible for handling the recording and review of fixed asset and inventory accounts. He/She monitors compliance to fixed asset policy and guidelines, ERC, BIR regulations and oversees physical inventory count of fixed assets, supplies and materials and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with [team] to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
