Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Fixed Asset and Inventory Specialist based in Cebu, Philippines. This project-based role requires meticulous recording, review and reconciliation of fixed asset and inventory accounts, and ensuring compliance with policy, ERC and BIR regulations.

You will oversee periodic physical counts, support month-end close, and collaborate with the team to improve asset management and reporting accuracy in our energy company.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Perform monthly reconciliation of the subsidiary and general ledgers ensuring timely posting of adjustments.

As Fixed Asset and Inventory Specialist , you will responsible for handling the recording and review of fixed asset and inventory accounts. He/She monitors compliance to fixed asset policy and guidelines, ERC, BIR regulations and oversees physical inventory count of fixed assets, supplies and materials and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world.
