Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a mid-level Fixed Asset Accountant to manage end-to-end asset accounting, depreciation, capitalization of CIPs, and asset retirement in line with company policies.

The role covers asset tagging, inventory reconciliation across plants, stores and departments, monthly rollforwards, and preparation of analyses and reports. CPA is an advantage but not required; 2–5 years' experience preferred; SAP/ERP experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• CPA designation is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in fixed asset accounting, general accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of depreciation methods, asset capitalization, and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Experience in fixed asset reconciliation and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
