Job summary

WORKSWELL ENTERPRISES INC is seeking a Senior Site Engineer for fit-out renovation projects in the Philippines, Metro Manila, Makati area. The role focuses on construction project management, coordinating with mall administration and stakeholders, and ensuring schedule and quality control on site.

The position involves supervising workers and foremen, drafting service agreements, managing subcontractor payments, and handling technical documentation, testing, and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Construction Project Management: Reading, Understanding, and simplifying correct interpretation of the Construction Plan
• Cascade Instruction to the workers and Manpower in a manner they can understand
• Ensure cooperation and motivating of worker and Manpower
• Ensure strongly adherence to the methodology.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Coordination with Mall, building admin
• Managing expectation of stakeholder/client
• Responding to the concern of the client/stakeholder
• Construction Scheduling: Hiring the correct worker/foreman/subcon
• Draft Service agreement to ensure that the methodology will be executed correctly and complete
• Managing payments to subcon by checking their progress
• Supplier/Vendor Coordination: Canvass special items
• Coordinate delivery between purchasing team and supplier
• Site Inspection & QC: Daily site inspection
• Daily reporting
• Technical Documentation: Testing and commissioning
• processing of hand over documents
