Job summary

LUCRUM ENTERPRISES CORPORATION is seeking a site-based engineer to join our fit-out and construction projects in Metro Manila. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage workforce and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project specs and safety standards.

You will review drawings and BOQs, prepare reports and RFIs, monitor schedules, coordinate material deliveries, and support cost control efforts while maintaining high workmanship quality.

Qualifications

• Interpret and review engineering drawings and BOQs for accurate implementation
• Prepare and maintain engineering and progress reports, site diaries, RFIs, and as-built docs

• Coordinate material deliveries, verify quality and quantity, and ensure proper storage
• Conduct site measurements and assist in quantity surveying and cost control
• Identify risks, delays, or technical issues and propose corrective actions
• Ensure workmanship quality meets company standards and client expectations

About the role

This role involves participating in the planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out and construction projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. You will conduct regular site inspections, technical evaluations, and quality assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
