Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC is seeking an experienced fit-out project manager to ensure interior fit-out works are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will oversee production activities, coordinate on-site teams, and maintain rigorous health and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will monitor progress, manage budgets and procurement, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and client satisfaction, addressing design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in fit-out project management or similar construction production roles.
• Experience managing interior fit-out projects from design through handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience supervising diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and commitment to a safe work environment.
• Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.
• Professional certification in construction management or project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all fit-out production activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures to address delays or budget overruns.
• Supervise and manage on-site teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and labourers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
• Manage project budgets and control costs through effective resource allocation and procurement.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and variation orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and design conflicts that arise during production.
• Prepare and present status updates and performance metrics to senior management.
