Job summary

CKI BUILDERS & ENGINEERING SERVICES in Metro Manila is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and budget. You will assist the Project In Charge and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers for effective collaboration.

We value strong organizational and leadership skills, plus excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team. MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related allied field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project supervision, preferably in interior fit-out.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints; assisting the Project In Charge/Project Manager in supervision of the project.

• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers, ensuring efficient collaboration and resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work performed meets industry standards and project requirements.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, change orders, and completion certificates.
• Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement solutions to mitigate issues and keep projects on track.

• Evaluate project performance and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommends solution to any concern.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related allied field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project supervision, preferably in a fit-out construction company.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and methods specific to interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, can interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Knowledgeable in the use of project management software e.g., MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
