We Connect HR Solutions OPC seeks a Production Manager to take full control of the production floor, planning and delivering projects on time within specs. You will lead fabrication, assembly, and preparation for installation, coordinating with Project Managers to align timelines and resolve bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in production management, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on efficiency, quality, and effective resource use across events or fit-out projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication, construction, fit-outs, correlated industries.
• Strong understanding of materials, production workflows, and site requirements.
• Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and output under pressure.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage fabrication, assembly, and preparation for installation




• Plan manpower, work schedules, and production timelines




• Ensure all outputs are on schedule, within specs, and ready for deployment




• Coordinate closely with Project Managers to align timelines and resolve bottlenecks




• Monitor efficiency by minimizing wastage and optimizing manpower




• Take full ownership of quality control and catch issues before site deployment




• Identify and resolve production delays, technical issues, and resource gaps




• Maintain discipline and organization within the production team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in fabrication, construction, fit-outs, correlated industries

Strong understanding of materials, production workflows, and site requirements

Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and output under pressure

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in event builds, activations, or fit-out projects

Ability to anticipate and resolve issues early

Educational Requirements:

BS Architect/Engineering (Licensed & Registered)

COSH & OSH

Experience Required:
3–5 years experience in production management or similar role
