Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search seeks a First Mile Digitisation Service Lead to oversee digital tool deployment and support across origin operations. In this hands-on role, you will manage a small team, provide training, and ensure smooth adoption of tools used for First Mile data collection in cocoa, coffee, and cotton supply chains.

You will act as the bridge between field teams and IT during testing and releases, monitor tool performance and adoption, produce regular reports, and travel to origin

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing software tools, ideally in soft commodities or rural settings.
• Experience delivering training and coordinating releases.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead user support and training for First Mile digital tools.
• Act as the bridge between field teams and IT during testing and releases.
• Monitor tool performance and user adoption, producing regular reports.
• Oversee issue resolution and process improvement.
• Coordinate closely with product, data, and transformation teams.
• Travel to origin locations to support implementation and gather feedback.
