Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a director-level leader for its gas digitalisation team in Europe. The role focuses on driving digitalisation initiatives with traders, portfolio managers and stakeholders to enhance profitability and efficiency.

The successful candidate will develop and execute team strategies aligned with the corporate vision, lead a high-performance, data-driven group, and report to the Head of European Gas Trading. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of international Gas trading fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset with ability to navigate markets.
• Strong experience with setting strategic direction.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in energy trading.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead a digitalization team and drive a digitalization agenda with traders and stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and execute team strategies supporting the corporate strategy.
• Identify and propose profitable business opportunities and develop business growth.
• Lead a systematic and quantitative team focusing on performance, development, and delivery.
• Stay abreast of market trends to maximize profits.
• Report directly to Head of European Gas Trading.
