Qualifications

• Experience in an agricultural operations role within a trading house or merchant.
• Strong understanding of physical commodity contracts, Incoterms and trade documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with solid systems and Excel capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end execution of physical agricultural trades from contract to settlement.
• Coordinate logistics including shipping, storage, inspections and documentation.
• Liaise with traders to support position management, exposure tracking and PnL reconciliation.
• Interface with counterparties, brokers, inspectors and service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records within trading and risk systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
