Job summary

Polarr Azanje Construction Inc. in Angeles, Philippines is seeking a competent First Aid Officer to provide immediate medical care on project sites and support occupational health programs.

You will handle emergency response, maintain first aid kits and medical records, and coordinate with hospitals as needed, while promoting health and safety across the site. The role requires valid Standard First Aid and BLS certification, strong communication, and willingness to be assigned at construction

Qualifications

• Graduate in medical, healthcare, or related field is advantageous.
• Must hold a valid Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a recognized provider.
• Experience in construction or industrial settings is advantageous.
• Knowledgeable in basic emergency response, injury management, and workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with hospitals or emergency responders when necessary.
• Maintain first aid kits, clinic supplies, and medical records.
• Conduct daily health monitoring and assist in occupational health programs.
• Assist the Safety Officer in emergency drills, safety campaigns, and incident investigations.
• Prepare first aid treatment logs and medical reports.
• Promote health awareness and ensure readiness for emergency situations.
