Job summary

Onel Builder Resources, Inc. is seeking a Health and Safety First Aider to provide immediate first aid and basic medical assistance to employees and workers at project sites in Metro Manila.

The role requires a BS Nursing or related health course, a valid First Aid/BLS certificate, and preferably construction-site experience. You will assess emergencies, maintain first-aid supplies, and coordinate with Safety Officers, Site Engineers, HR and medical facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Nursing, Midwifery, or other relevant medical/health-related course is preferred.
• Must have a valid First Aid / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferably with experience as a First Aider in a construction site or similar work environment.
• Knowledgeable in basic first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of responding to workplace emergencies.
• Responsible, alert, and able to work well under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.
