Job summary

RCBC is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects in support of key business initiatives. You will manage one major project or multiple smaller ones, align resources, and supervise the project team to meet objectives.

The ideal candidate has a four-year IT degree, at least five years of experience in application systems design and maintenance, familiarity with mainframe, midrange, and cloud platforms, and a track record with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Four-year IT degree or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in design, development and maintenance of application systems.
• Experience with mainframe, midrange and microcomputer systems preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead one major project or multiple minor projects.
• Develop and manage processes to meet business requirements efficiently.
• Manage project team, define roles, set objectives and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with business users to assess feasibility and timelines.
• Ensure issues are raised and resolved at appropriate levels.
