Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, project documentation, and risk registers.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee engagements, and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate business, development, testing, infrastructure, and support teams throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, SDLC standards, and organizational policies.
• Drive project delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as applicable.
• Support requirements discussions and translate business needs into actionable project plans.
• Manage third-party integrations, API dependencies, and enterprise application implementations.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
