RCBC Bankard Services Corporation seeks an experienced IT governance leader to develop and implement governance policies, technology plans, and risk management strategies. The role oversees IT controls, audits, information security, and continuity planning to ensure regulatory compliance and resilient operations.

With 8+ years in technology leadership and solid knowledge of governance frameworks, you will guide strategic technology initiatives and strengthen the bank’s IT posture and controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology or related field
• 8+ years of experience in technology management and IT governance
• 2+ years of experience in conducting IT audit and information security
• Knowledge in leading IT practices related to governance, information security and risk management
• Knowledge of audit procedures and industry standards
• In-depth understanding of business continuity governance frameworks and operational risk management

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT governance policies and procedures, technology plans and objectives, and manage risks
• Plan, execute and manage projects related to IT controls assurance, risk management, information security and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and maintain internal controls
• Assist IT Division Head in formulating strategic technology projects and initiatives
• Lead business continuity initiatives and work with Division Heads to ensure compliance with requirements
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to business continuity
• Identify and address risks including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, and disruptions to operations
